Vefa Tarihi Konumu ve Tarihi Güzellikleri Korunması Amacıyla Kentsel Dönüşüm Projesine Dahil Oldu ve Buradaki Ağır Sanayi Çeşitli Bölgelere Aktarıldı Hayrat Elektrik’de Bu Durumun Gereğinden Dolayı 2006 yılından 2013 yılına kadar İstanbul Yenibosna’ da Faaliyetine Devam Etti. 2013 Yılında Yeni Bir Girişim Olarak Hitap Edilen Alan Yeterli Olmadığından , Kuyumcukent’e Taşınarak Kuyumcu Sektöründe’de Başarılı Bir Yer Edindi. Firmamız Faliyetlerine Bugünde Kuyumcukent’de Asım ÖZEL ‘in Yönetiminde devam etmektedir.
