3. Business Listings & Content

3.1. Submissions

When submitting business listings or reviews, you affirm that the information is truthful, you have authorization to publish it, and it does not violate third-party trademarks or copyrights.

3.2. Editorial Moderation

All submissions are subject to automated screening and human editorial review. Firmanyo reserves the right to reject, edit, or unpublish any profile that violates editorial guidelines.

3.3. Content License

You retain ownership of submitted content while granting Firmanyo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, index, format, and promote your listing across our ecosystem.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Automated aggressive scraping or data harvesting without written permission
• Attempting to breach platform security or manipulate server integrity
• Publishing fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive content and fake reviews
• Unauthorized account access or impersonation of business owners

5. Profile Removal & Ownership Claims

If you are the lawful owner or authorized agent of a listed business and wish to remove or update your profile:

Inquiries are addressed within 5 business days.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Directory records are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted service or endorse third-party business claims.
